Ordering:

Artwork Ready: Please select the size needed. Next upload the png file that you are needing and select the quantity. Last, add the product to the cart. Please note this listing is for 1 single image. If other images are needed, you must first add this listing to the cart with your correct artwork and then go through the previous steps to add another image to your cart. **Multiple images can not be ganged up on single image sizes.  If the artwork submitted contains more than 1 image on a single sheet, your order may be delayed or canceled. We only accept our standard Gang Sheet sizes offered here.  Transfer size is the longest side of the image (ex: 8" x 10.5" image,  it will be a 10.5" transfer). Any artwork uploaded will be printed proportionally to the transfer size chosen unless otherwise noted in the notes section.

Adult 10"-11" (If size needed is different from our standard 10.5", please state in the notes section before adding to cart. If nothing is noted, we will print our standard 10.5" size.) Example if you need a 9" transfer, please select 10.5" adult size and add the 9" to the notes section. Please round up when ordering custom size DTF transfers.

Oversize 12"-13" (If size needed is different from our standard 12", please state in the notes section before adding to cart. If nothing is noted, we will print our standard 12" size.) Example if  you need a 12.5" transfer, please choose 12" size and add the 12.5" to the notes section. If you need larger than 13", please email us for a quote.

Artwork Requirements:

Please upload your PNG image(s) with a transparent background ONLY.  Suggested 300dpi for best print quality.  We will not be held liable for poor-resolution images and keep in mind printing DOES NOT change the quality of the image.

**If you have any issues with uploading your artwork, please email us the files with the quantity and sizing ordered. You must include the order number in the subject line.

If you need your transfers quickly, please choose the rush fee option. (Note, only 1 rush fee is needed per order.)

**PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WHATEVER YOU SUBMIT TO US IS WHAT WILL BE PRINTED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF FLUORESCENT COLORS. DIRECT-TO-FILM DOES NOT PRINT FLUORESCENT.

Copyright Information:

By submitting your artwork, you are certifying you are the designer of this artwork OR have the legal right to produce a print of this artwork by a third-party printer.  It is YOUR responsibility to ensure you are authorizing the printing of this artwork within the designers' terms and conditions.  Orders suspected of Copyright Infringement will be suspended pending verification of licensing.  You will be given the opportunity to substitute your artwork.  In the event your order is canceled as a result of the infringement, a 15% processing fee will be assessed to cover the cost associated with the initial file upload.

TIME FRAMES: 

DTF prints will ship to you within 2-3 business days.  Please be aware that the turnaround time does not begin until we receive print-ready artwork. When rush orders are placed and have artwork issues there is a possibility the order will not get printed on the rush day paid for. Please continue to check emails if you have a rush order in the event artwork needs to be revised.

IMPORTANT INFO: 

Please ensure your artwork is free of transparent pixels.  A transparent pixel is a semi-colored or transparent area of your artwork.  These are frequently caused by background removal sites. Transparent pixels are not visible to the naked eye; however, the printer does see them and will print them. Transparent pixels will print white.  We are not responsible for reprinting artwork due to transparent pixels.

COLOR INFORMATION:  

Please note, DTF prints are printed in CMYK color codes.  Designs created in RGB color codes will be converted to the closest CMYK color available for printing.  Please be advised colors may vary from screen to screen.  Please be mindful, not all RGB colors are available in CMYK format.
